I tried 3 local stores that carry paint, craft, and art supplies.

No color wheel.

And one store told me they had no idea how to get one for me.

Ah well, I know where to not go for my supplies.

edit: August, 2019. I did find a place to mail order a color wheel from. The shipping was as much as the color wheel.
